Consider adding windows to rooms for natural light!!! Improving the check-in process would enhance guest experience greatly!!! Providing clearer information about room features is crucial!!!

Couldn't recommend more for a short visit
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a nice view that made our stay enjoyable. The hotel was quiet and the customer service quickly resolved our issues when we needed assistance with our Bravo pass.
No negatives from this place.

Awesome rooftop vibes!
The rooftop is a must-see with great river views. Perfect spot for checking out the bars nearby. Only thing was the roadwork outside, but it didn't bother us much. The breakfast spread was awesome too, really hit the spot!

perfect location but minor cleanliness issues
I appreciated how the location felt private despite being in the heart of everything. The modern technology in the room really made my stay enjoyable, especially the smart TV. The city view from my room was stunning and added a special touch to my mornings.
However, I noticed a bit of dust on the furniture which could have been addressed.

Loved the central location. Just a short walk to Broadway and various attractions. The rooftop patio has stunning views of the river and Nissan Stadium, perfect for enjoying a drink. My room was clean and spacious, offering a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The decor felt modern and upscale. However, the lack of on-site staff was a bit surprising since there’s no front desk. Accessing our room through an app felt cumbersome, especially after a long day. The noise from Coyote Ugly and street traffic was noticeable, especially if you face the street, making it tough to sleep at times. The air conditioning unit was quite loud as well, which added to the disturbance at night. Also, the absence of windows in my suite made the space feel a bit claustrophobic.

Amazing location, just steps from Broadway. Noisy hallways made it tough to sleep. Rooftop views secure the stay. App check-in was a bit confusing.

I loved the cozy feel of my room, especially the fancy coffee amenities and how clean everything was. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding, and the leisure room added some nice relaxation time. Just a heads-up, I did hear a bit of noise at night, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! ☕
